They do not honour in-app purchases.
I actually like the game, its fun to play, and I used to play it a few years ago when Piraya offered it as "Aircraft Empire". Back then I was in the global top ten. Piraya had great customer service and answered within a day. When DreaminGame started offering the game again I was really happy because, as I say, for some reason I enjoy this silly little game. However, DreaminGame is really disappointing as a company. I bought some gold (about $40 worth) and it was never delivered to me. I have the Apple store receipt and everything. I contacted DreaminGame 3 or 4 times through the in-app messaging service and they havent responded once. I even told them Im going to write this critical review … nothing. If you check the FAQs for the game they say that if you purchase gold and you dont receive it, its not their fault. They literally say "In very rare occasion, we dont receive the signal (from Apple, I guess), and users like you cannot get their goods. Weve already made all the efforts we can do, and we find it happens in other games too. Hope it wont happen to you. Have a fun day!".
Seriously.
Thats what it says.
"We took your money, you get nothing, not our fault, sucks to be you. Have a fun day!."
So, my advice is to enjoy the game, but dont throw your money away and get nothing in return. They wont refund, they wont honour it, and they wont even answer your request. But, you know … "have a fun day!"
