Really? Wont accept purchase???

Once again, I am trying to make a purchase & this developer, apparently, is averse to making sales. Not only does it take about 15 mins. to process, but after the lengthy wait it claims I have insufficient funds when I have an actual CREDIT (i-Tunes gift card) of more than enough available! I have never encountered a business that makes it so difficult to GIVE them money! Since I never receive any type of assistance and/or response from "customer service", I guess this is now my way of communicating.
